Athletics at CMMS

All students in grades 6-8 can try out for Frontier sports (6th grade cannot play football).  To sign your child up for high school or middle school sports, you will need to log into your Final Forms account.

To complete the eligibility process, you must have a current copy of your child’s sports physical on file in Final Forms. Physical forms must be valid for the entire athletic season in which your child is participating.

There are activity buses to take students home after practice Mon-Thur and the first Friday of each sports season. 

Required Fees:

ASB Card: $40

Pay to Pay: $30/per sport (or reduced with proof of free/reduced lunch status)

Fall- Baseball & Fastpitch, Boys & Girls Track 

Winter 1 - Girls Basketball, Wrestling 

Winter 2 - Boys Basketball, Girls Soccer, Boys Soccer

Spring- Football, Girls Cross Country, Volleyball
